Bob Painter at Kuroppi has announced a major Super Turbo tournament set to take place at Evolution 2012. It is the Tournament of Legends.
Sixteen players will compete for the championship. The 16 players will be picked by way of qualifying tournaments and invitations.
The only player at the moment announced is Tokido, who has one of the four Japanese invitational spots. Here's the breakdown of spots:
USA invitational spots: 4
