Michael Vick or Peyton Hillis will be the Madden 12 cover athlete. The fan vote has come down to those two players after nearly a month of bracketed voting.

Hillis rolled over Aaron Rodgers in the semifinals, getting 61 percent of the vote. Vick had a little closer win, outlasting Adrian Peterson with 59 percent.

Vick, who has been a cover athlete before, has seen a drop in vote from the beginning. The 59 percent has been his lowest. Hillis had to edge Atlanta's Matt Ryan in the second round but has coasted since.

Voting will take place all this week, and the winner will be announced on ESPN's SportsNation at 1 p.m. PT April 27.
