Not sure if it's open to all players, but I'll throw it out here because it seems to work out timewise. The Consoles Sports League, based in Europe, is hosting a Street Fighter IV online tournament for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Signups start now and will last until Feb. 21. The tournament for both consoles start Feb. 25. Matches are set to take place at 7 p.m. CET, which would be 10 a.m. PT on the same day.
If you want to sign up, head to the organization's Web site. The maximum is 32 players per console.
There's no word on prizes.
