Seth Killian at Capcom said the crew at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco will stream some Street Fighter action tonight at 6:30 p.m. PT.
He made his second reference today to "oiling up" so perhaps someone tonight will officially say or show that Hakan is in Super Street Fighter IV. (UPDATE: I struck this out because Hakan footage has been revealed)

Although it's going down in an undisclosed location, we're going to try and stream out some of the action on our ustream channel starting around 6:30pm PST.
They won't let us take direct feed of the action, but there should be some good shots of the room with a few famous Street Fighters and games-industry neer-do-wells cruising around, and I'll try to bust a few shoryuken FADC -> Ultra on the iphone. Plus who knows could slip on there--anything can happen live...
