Ricky Ortiz, about a month removed from his second-place finish at the Evolution 2010 Super Street Fighter IV tournament, won the Shadowbrooke Games tournament on Sunday evening.
Ortiz beat Vance Wu in the finals, 3-1. You can see the bout thanks to the guys at iPlayWinner (match starts at 28:48). The stats of the title match are in our stats section.
Ortiz and Wu were two of the eight players that reached Championship Sunday at Evolution; they did not meet up then. They met in the winners bracket, with Ricky Ortiz winning (thanks to langdon for correcting me on the error).
Ortiz had an EX connection percentage of .696, and won all five times in which he got the first combo.
