A few broadcasts and streams popped up on Tuesday as the Mortal Kombat 9 demo was released on PlayStation Plus. But this is perhaps the best video I saw of the gameplay. Aris of Avoiding the Puddle spent some time talking about his experience with the game's demo.

While it isn't the hardcore analysis of what each move does and such, Aris points out some very important and crucial points about how the game will likely be played by tournament competitors, including myself (yes, I plan to be competitive with this game).

Aris said he plans to come up with a gameplay-only video in the future, which should be very awesome to see.
