I've posted the stats of the second finals of Guard Crush 25, and they're now available on the Fighting Game Stats database. I'm still trying to configure the first finals considering that Dragongod and Dieminion played what seemed to be 500 consecutive rounds.Anyway, there's a couple of notes that I picked up from these finals.
- In the second finals, Dragongod had just two wins with more than 50 percent health. The last time a player had that few and won a Guard Crush was Wolfkrone, when he had just two at Guard Crush 18.
- Dieminion was out-comboed 35-12 in the second finals. In the first finals (with one round missing), he was out-comboed 28-13. In his last four finals matches, he's been out-comboed 131-54. The last time he out-comboed someone in a Guard Crush final was Guard Crush 19, when he led 13-10 over Sanford Kelly.
