This will get me away from playing Canabalt on the iPhone for sure. Capcom will be releasing Street Fighter IV for the iPhone in March, according to IGN.
The Dpad and buttons will be on the screen itself, with the EX and Ultra meters being moved up to the top of the screen. Everything else to this point looks a lot like the console and arcade versions. There will be capabilities for 1-on-1 play, so let's start having tournaments for this when it's available (just kidding there).
