By going 11-for-11 this past Saturday in the title matches, Mike Ross has now upped his consecutive closeout streak in a championship to 27 rounds. If you're down to a quarter life and Mike has the lead, it's almost a game over situation.

Overall, the top eight at The Box Arena's Team Ranbat 1.4 tournament was a weird one. Almost all of my overall statistics went one way or another.

My database had maintained a .582 first-hit win percentage and a .650 first-combo win percentage. After putting in the stats from this tournament, the first-hit win percentage went down to .575, while the first-combo win percentage went up to .655. Weird.

EX usage also went up, but I expected this because nearly every San Diego player not named Long "ShadyK" Tran uses EX the moment he or she gets it. If they don't, then he or she gets another meter and attempts an FADC right away.

The stats of the title match are in the stats section. The keys for Mike Ross and ShadyK: Combined, they had an .882 first-combo win percentage and did not blow a late lead (18-for-18).
